If you are seeing this message your Shop Page has not properly published. Here are the steps you can take to get your Shop up and running:
1. Go to Settings and hold the green Publish button for a few seconds. Choose the option to republish your entire website.
2. Restart your iPhone/iPad.
3. Delete the Shop Page and recreate it, ensuring that you press Publish afterwards.
4. If all else fails, delete the App on your device and download a fresh copy from the App Store. As long as your website was published previously, your data will be safely stored in our Cloud. When opening the new App, select that you have an existing website and login with your Username and Password, then republish your website.
Your Shop link should definitely work now. If not please contact Customer Support.
